Known for her warm personality and easygoing nature, she strives to create an environment where every client feels welcomed, supported, and completely free from judgment.

Understanding that waxing can feel intimidating — especially for first-time clients — Katelynn focuses on making each appointment feel relaxed, reassuring, and personal. She takes the time to explain the process, keep conversation lighthearted, and help clients feel at ease throughout their service. Her relatable personality and genuine care allow clients to quickly feel comfortable, confident, and truly taken care of.

Katelynn believes confidence starts with feeling comfortable in your own skin, and she is passionate about helping women feel beautiful without the pressure of perfection. She loves seeing the boost of confidence clients leave with after an appointment and values creating a space where women feel safe, empowered, and understood.

Outside of Hotbox, Katelynn enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, camping, hiking, and enjoying slow, peaceful days with the people she loves. Whether she’s reading, crocheting, or relaxing outside, she values moments that help her recharge and stay grounded.

Known for her easygoing personality and inclusive approach, she loves creating genuine connections with the women in her treatment room while helping them feel confident in their own skin.

Passionate about making waxing a positive experience, Skylie focuses on getting to know each client personally and creating conversations that feel natural, relaxing, and uplifting. She understands firsthand how intimidating a first wax appointment can feel and is committed to making every client feel comfortable, unrushed, and never judged. Her goal is for every woman who walks through the door to feel accepted, supported, and confident exactly as they are.

Skylie especially loves helping women see self-care as something important and empowering. Whether she’s providing a Hotbox Brazilian, perfecting brows, or simply creating a safe and welcoming environment, she believes every body is uniquely beautiful and deserving of compassionate care.

Outside of Hotbox, Skylie loves spending time in the sunshine, staying active at the gym, and finding joy in life’s simple moments. She values positivity, confidence, and helping women speak more kindly to themselves — something she hopes every client leaves feeling after their appointment.

One of Alana’s favorite parts of being an esthetician is helping women achieve healthier skin through consistency. She’s passionate about educating clients on proper home care and loves watching their confidence grow as they see the benefits of maintaining a regular waxing routine.

While Alana enjoys every service she provides, her favorites are the Hotbox Luxury Brazilian and leg waxing. Her detail-oriented approach, paired with her fun and welcoming personality, helps create an experience that’s both comfortable and enjoyable.
